I think that it is now clear why Brazzers didnt win site of the year at the AVN, the service side of the site is so bad. I find it hard to believe that the other major companies would take so long to fix a scene or release a broken one in the first place.
How much custom are Brazzers losing because of this?

Most likely the ticket forming part of the URL is generated from IP number. "Denying content" is thinking highly of the tech department. Judging by the reckless incompetence it is notorious for, my guess would be they messed up the routine calculating the ticket so that it mostly produced invalid codes. The error was 404 not 403 so it looked like URLs generated for most users were invalid (pointing to non-existing file/dir) rather than them being not permitted to download the file. |
